Question Time booking request

Same day booking requests must be submitted before 12.15 pm

This is hidden explanatory text for the 'Sitting date' field (above) and will not be displayed on the live form.

Value of Advanced Options > 'Maximum date allowed' needs to be updated each new sitting year.E.g. When the 2027 sitting calendar is confirmed this value needs to be updated to the last valid sitting date in 2027

This is a hidden helper field - value needs to be updated to the 1 Jan for each new sitting year. E.g. When the 2027 sitting calendar is confirmed the value of Advanced Options > 'Pre-enter a default date' needs to be updated to 1 Jan 2027
This is a hidden helper field - no updates are required. This field calculates the day number of year of the selected session. E.g. 1 Jan is Day #1, 3 Feb is Day #34 etc.
This is a hidden helper field - formula needs to be updated with a matching 'Condition Test' for each valid sitting day Use the 'GBS - Snapforms - Sitting date calculator.xls' to help generate the formula. This file is saved in the Gallery Booking System project folder in the Systems & Innovation Teams channel. Formula expressions are formatted as follows: If Condition1 == value1 ? ResultIfTrue : ElseIf Condition2 == value2 ? ResultIfTrue : Else ResultIfFalse This needs to test if the selected session date matches a valid sitting day - represented as day number of the year (e.g. the following formula returns the value 'true' if the 3 Feb which is the first sitting day of 2026 (day #33 of the year) has been selected {{intcalcdaynumofyear}} == 33 ? "true")
This is a hidden helper field - no updates are required. Formula uses the current date and time to calculate the number of seconds since midnight - cutoff is 12.15 pm = (60*60* 12) + (60*15) seconds
This is a hidden helper field - to temporarily close public web bookings update value of Advanced Options > 'Pre-enter a default date' (e.g. if galleries are full or closed to unverified visitors today, then set the value of this field to the date that needs to be restricted (e.g. today). NB Members of the public will no longer be able to select today's date in the online booking form. IMPORTANT: If a 'Pre-enter a default date' value is set it does not need to be cleared or updated until the next time bookings to the galleries need to be restricted)
This is a hidden helper field - no updates are required. Formula tests if the selected SessionDate matches the date entered in ReferenceDateForClosingGalleriesToPublicBookings - in which case bookings cannot be submitted and corresponding error message displayed.
This is a hidden helper field The value of 'Default answer' should be set to 'true' if there is an approved sitting calendar Otherwise value should be set to 'false' (e.g. parliament prorogued, sitting calendar has expired and a new one has not yet been approved etc.)
